Resuming family visits at Hawthorne Place during the COVID-19 pandemic

Hawthorne Place Care Centre will be gradually welcoming back visitors under strict new guidelines to keep residents and staff safe. At this time, visits will take place outdoors (weather permitting) to ensure physical distancing requirements are met. Each resident will have the opportunity to have one, 30-minute family visit before additional visits are scheduled. Visits will be scheduled on a first-come-first serve basis. To schedule a visit please contact: 416-745-0811 ext. 260

Changes to the visitor schedule may happen at anytime due to the current pandemic. Our priority is the safety of residents and staff.
